I've been so busy detailing other people's cars that I've been neglecting mine. So last week I decided to start on mine, it was a perfect time, since I was going to Ocean City Hot Rod weekend. I finished the detail on Wednesday, and left to OC Thursday morning. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures right after the detail. It was raining HEAVY for hours on Friday, and my car was outside all the time, I was driving it for a while too. I got back yesterday, and I don't remember the last time my car was this dirty, hehe... so I washed her for the first time after the detail. Then I took these pics:
Here is a little cheating reflection shot hehe:
The whole car got:
Black magic claybar
2x SSR 2.5 and Propel Orange (PC 7336)
1x SSR 1 and Propel Green
1x Zaino Glass Polish with Propel Yellow
1x Klasse AIO by hand (including windows and wheels)
2x Klasse SG by hand (waited 24 hours between coats)
Poorboy's Trim Restorer on trim
I wanted to put S100 on top, but I read it's best to wait a week or so before SG completely dries. So that's what I'm going to do. I wish I could've taken some pics right after I got detailing it, but I think it still shines pretty well.
