#0000 (I believe it's called either extra fine, super fine or ultra fine)Steel Wool, the cheapest glass cleaner I can find and some old rough terry cloth towels.
Spray them down with the glass cleaner, scrub away with the steel wool and them wipe off the residue with the terry cloth. Be careful, the carbon deposits will end up all over your hands. I save the tips for very last usually becuase of this. ..
