The time you spent on cleaning the vehicle [WHICH LOOK OUTSTANDING] was the payment satisfying or equal for your TIME .
This is actually an interesting story that came about on how me and this client met.
I am/have been a long time member of
www.m3forum.com, talking about beemers, giving some detailing advice where needed etc. Anyhow, i get alot of questions and requests for me to come out to various locations (all across the U.S) from the forum members to detail their cars. Its quite flattering, but not immediately realistic, being as many of these individuals are hundreds of miles away from me. The neat thing is, m3forum.com has over tweny thousand (20'000) members, so inevitably there are alot of people who are very local to me. From this site alone, and based on the friendships/relationships ive built, ive established 4 clients. The time i invested being a part of a forum i love (not to mention a car i love, the M3), has given me more than i ever imagined, clients....and most of all, great friends.
Also, as an added incentive im offering all m3forum.com members 10% off for any detail package they opt to receive (permanant 10% off), they are good people and i try to show them my appreciation.
Lastly, the guy i worked for had an awesome 30minute conversation with me trying to learn more about what i do, detailing and giving me suggestions and feedback on how to make me ever more successful...simply incredible. I met an outstanding person, gave them a great deal and made their car look beautiful....was it worth it? Absolutely.
The payment (as ive structured it a long time ago) is well worth my time, energy and effort, i feel even better because tis always a win / win situation. I get to show/explain my work, share before/afters and see that 'look' on my clients face when im done. They in turn share with me very special chats, give me referals and compensate me for my time.
