I can't wait to see your pictures every week :D

What camera are you using? Those are on auto are they?

PERFECT outcome on both.

Thanks Thomas! Im using a Canon PowerShot SD630. Settings are on Very fine, 80 ISO, Exposure 0, Auto White Balance, "Evaluative Metering" and I never use the flash. All the after pics because of the low lighting were taken on a tripod. I have PhotoShop Elements 3.0, which I use "auto smart fix" feature that helps lighten and darken lighting of the photos a little better and I sharpen them slightly. A believe a good photoshop program is key to good pics. I still want a DSLR but cant afford one right now :( If we ever meet up I will be glad to try some of your stuff. I have some products I can give you as well. I have a lot of optimum polishes you can have since I dont use them at all.

I didn't know RMG could be applied by hand :nixweiss It still has to be worked in right?

I just use a German Finishing Applicator and rub it in straight back and forth motions to work it in. For some reason I prefer doing RMG by hand then PC or Rotary.

Thanks for all the comments! The cars were a THRILL to drive. I got on it a "little," I was obviously scared for breaking anything on such expensive vehicles. The owner "twisted my arm" in talking me into driving them! :)

The Ferrari looks good but that '65 Vette.... :bow :bow :bow

I knew you would enjoy the 65 Stingray. I remember last year when I did the 67 vette, you had mentioned the stingray was one of you fav's. :)

Just remembered to mention that the garage (when I detailed the F430 last Friday) had a lot of red dirt and moisture on the ground making for slightly muddy conditions in the garage. The day before the Stingray detail, the owner hosed the garage floor down and brushed away the dirt. That is why there is dirt on the F430 tires in the pics :(

Hi neighbor! I'm across the river in Frederick Maryland:D

Now I have a local to come to if I screw something up! You really did an awesome job on both details, but that Corvette is a paint restoration masterpiece, I wouldn't have thought such a turn around possible with out repainting. Absolutely awesome!

Has the owner been able to get the "GRIN" off his face yet, LOL.

Changeling

Wow Chris! :bow :bow

You get some amazing vehicles to detail! I think I would be too busy  to detail them. Keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing more pictures.

BTW, what camera are you using?
