wow, the color of the jag didn't come out until you brought it out in the sun. I was stunned! AMAZING work, would you have been able to tackle the swirls if you went with the orange pad instead of the yellow?

I always try least aggressive method step by step. First tried 106FF with Polishing pad to no avail. Then tried IP with orange with a little better results. Then tried Orange with EC with a little better results. Then tried EC with yellow cut with the best swirl removing results. Like I said the clear coat was extremely hard. :)

The owner traces down history and previous owners of his vehicles and found that at one point the 73 RS once belonged to Nicholas Cage! Pretty neat!

Love the jag, the rest are not bad either. :)

May I suggest you mix up some 106ff/RMG 70/30 to save a step.

The only reason I want to stray away from that combo is that I want to make sure that when I polish with 106FF I remove the previous steps hazing and holograms. I feel that the RMG's glaze, oils, and fillers will hide some of that.

Good point. :bigups

Great job! All of them look outstanding. :bigups

I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite out of that stable. Man, what a nice collection.

I bet that was a blast.

The 550 Convertible is definetly a head turner. He is currently working on restoring his 72 Ferrari Daytona. I believe that is his favorite of the bunch :)

When I start using my PC this spring it will be like high school work. This is Doctorate work! I have a long way to go :)

Stunning stuff man, just plain stunning!:wow:

Hats off to you for putting in so many hours on so many fine cars! That Jag is nostalgic to say the least.

Love the Ferraris though...

Thanks for the compliments. You will see many more "high cars" and details to come. Right now i'm about 10-15 cars deep booked for the next month or so! I just wish I had more time to get more cars done!
