Detailed: 2005 Hummer H2

Boy whatta week!

I'm dragging this evening. Here's one I did today. It's owned by the owner of the marina that you've seen in the past pics. The H2 was in pretty good shape thanks to the owner like his vehicles kept clean. I just stole somebody's business! Man this thing is huge. Bulky and alot of crevices. Once again, it's white. Not much you can do for reflections but then again, NO SWIRLS!

Here's the process....Mixed it up a little this time.

Megs #7 Pure Glaze
(EDGE Blue Pad set at #4 on G100)
Megs #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax
(EDGE White Pad set at #3 on G100)
Removed with MF bonnet(s) over EDGE Yellow pad set at #3 on G100

As were the other 4.......as was EVERYTHING on this thing!

Whew! Now I know why no one ever washed the roof!

Looking great. When I detail anything white, on a sunny day, I think I am half blind at the end of the detail!

As much as I dislike those "Hummers" (read: There is no other Hummer than the H1 IMO), you did a great job detailing it. I really like how the top of the tires disappear in the 4th picture.

What products did you use on the interior?

My wife bought me some stuff last week to surprise me and show her support (awwwww!). She went to Auto Zone and bought one of everything from the Eagle One line up. She said it looked nice....the package that is. It's all of the NANO series. Let me tell you, the interior protectant is awesome! Does plastic, vinyl and even leather. It's a cleaner/conditioner. It looks amazing. The spray wax is good too. Real shiny and slick.
I cleaned everything first with APC to remove any other products that were on the interior panels. I use a Woolite 4:1 mixture for the carpets and Stoners for the windows.
Again, I can't tell you how good the Eagle One products are. Blew my mind. I'll be getting more.
