Up this morning was a 2003 Harley Davidson Edition F-150. Full detail plus engine detail. To begin, the truck was VERY VERY clean. It was a show truck. All stock though. LIke I said, very good condition. I thought it was going to take 3 hours max...HAHAHA, I found myself going around and around. It is going to be in a show tomorrow, so I wanted it the BEST. I didn't mind spending a little extra time..... I will be headed up to the show in the morning to take more pics and do a quick detail on it before judging.

Like I said....it was clean

She has another F-150 Lariat, that has HD rims and exhaust. I think she said they are going to drop in a supercharged 5.7 from another HD truck. NICE.
Anyways, I picked that up too, sometime next month. Get it ready for show as well......

Well one like it.
My customer has the matching bike as well. That paint scheme was very limited. Did you notice that pinstripe? Cool huh? If you ever need another stripe, you have to send HD all of the remains of the original to get a replacement!
 
Yea, the strip was cool. She said part of it was replaced, and is now starting to bubble. She was furious about it. I'll tell you what, she knows her stuff about these trucks........and how to take em to the track.....


And for limited, this one was VERY limited she said...something like 2,000 or something????? I'll have to get the scoop tomorrow, so do not quote me on it....LOL
 
Yep....2K only in that paint scheme. I like the buckets in the rear. Plus, this model is supercharged!

Great job on the Harley, fun 4 door truck. They're going to put a Chevy engine (5.7/350) in a Ford? That would be a real disgrace and I don't mean to the "Cheby". :D 5.4 Liter (331 C.I.D.) and 5.8 Liter (351 C.I.D.) are Ford's gas engines in that approximate displacement range. Diesel would be a 6.0 Liter or 7.3 Liter.

I thought the engine in this HD f-150 was the 5.7 Supercharged.....I need to double check....But I thought it was the 5.7........

I remember when those color scemes first came out, if i remember correctly there was another two-tone model but i forgot the colors. I've done a few dozen of them trucks, the best part was driving it to the showroom. :howdy
 
Excellent pictures! Love the low angles. Nice vivid pictures with a glowing shine. Are you sure that Sean or Greg did not came by and tutor you on picture taking. Just kidding.:rofl

Love to see some of the vehicles that are at the show tomorrow as well as the HD that you detailed. Let us know the outcome.
