This one was a slight rectification of a dealer detailed vehicle and also to provide paint & leaher protection.

The car suffered from polish stuck in crevices and minor holograms and swirls.

Paintwork:

After a 4 Stage Exterior Detail, the paint was a warmer, deeper more vibrant Giallo Modena (yellow):

Lsp was 2 x Zaino Z2pro with an OCW layer after ~2hours.

Very basically cleaned, the leather was treated by a Lexol pH clean and fed with Lexol Conditioner, followed one hour later by Zaino Z10.

OCW on all Carbon peices and on cluster transperant plastic

Total time: 7 hours.

Hope you like,

Damian.

Your right, it is hard to make yellow look special.

The Zaino did a great job, the OCW I wasn't real impressed with though.

OCW is great to use, very quick and easy, but (imo) it lacks gloss and looks plasticy. Nice clean look, but not as nice as the 2 coats of Zaino or one coat of P21S, AIO etc.

Nice results!

Yellow is my favorite color for any type of exotic..... Cept for maybe Mercedes....just don't care for their yellow.

Again, great work :)

Nice job! That is a really sweet car. I'm not a big lover of yellow either, but I like all the subtle yellow accents that match the paint (yellow interior stitching, yellow speedometer, yellow brakes, etc).

Just curious - why OCW in lieu of Z8 Grand Finale Spray?

Your right, I love Z8, but OCW is fairly new to e and I'm in the process of testing it on different colours/clearcoat. Sometimes it is great. Z8 would have been better in this instance, it is a proven favourite of mine.

Beautiful job with that yellow. All this zaino coming along. Hope to convert soon. But fantastic job yet again.

If I was visiting the customer more regularly, I would have chosen a carnauba, probably P21S. I won't see the car again for about 6 months so a synthetic was the way to go.
