Many people didn't know about him until now. All of us here are greatly saddened by the news. Could you pass my condolences to his family for me and everybody else on DC?
One more idea, could you make a dedicated forum in his honor? Or a permanent place on the main page?
Moparts.org did that when one of their members was killed in the line of duty.
