This was your typical 5 year old dark colored paint. Had some slight hazing and moderate spider webbing.

I started with a wash using Auto Magic EZ suds

Clayed

Rewashed with EZ suds

First stage was with Auto Magic XP Compound(Yellow pad on setting 5 with PC)

Second stage was with Auto Magic BC-2(White pad on setting 5 with PC)

Final coat was with Auto Magic Wet Wax(Blue pad on setting 5.5 with PC)

All trim, fender wells and Tires dressed with Auto Magic Dressing

Interior wiped down with Auto Magic Triple Seven and leather treated with Auto Magic leather conditioner

Great work! Do you buff on those crazy edges, crevices on that car? of do some of the more touchy areas by hand?

I was pretty much able to run it over the whole car, but definitely some crevices that had to be wiped out.

That came out really beautiful. No awesome gloss this time....I know it's your favorite.

Lol..I debated between that and the Wet Wax. I decide on the WW, because it's a little thicker and this car took it well.

beautiful job.

C5 is such a bang for the buck car nowadays. i'm sure you will see more and more of those since their price is dropping from the C6!

I usually never go from XP Compound to BC-2. I need another breakdown in between. Maybe it's different when using XP Compound with a PC instead of with a Rotary and wool. Good work. I'll have to try that. What other Auto Magic do you use?

Isn’t Auto Magic what the Corvette factory and Corvette Museum delivery uses to prep new Corvettes? What do you think of it?

That's interesting. I'd like to know more about that one.

I'm pretty sure on that one...especially using a rotary.

I pretty much use all their products...I really like them and get great results.
