Deswirled???

Just One More Coat
I've read this word a few times and it makes me laugh.

I think this one goes a long with paint jeweling :rofl:rofl

Some of the new words that have popped up in forums referring to paint / detailing are funny to me!

Unfortunately I think there are some people in the detailing community who have become overly obsessed about being credited for "coining terms" for the sake of drawing attention to themselves.

Oh well! Whatever floats their boats, I guess.

De-swirling - It definitely conveys the meaning of what the speaker is trying to say.

Jeweling I can actually see as a process on its own. Different in technique, than saying just "polishing." And the term isn't new/unique to detailing and paint. I have a jeweler friend and that's what they (at least he) calls it when he is "polishing" up stones and such.

Wax $30
Gloss Enhancement $50
Exterior Jeweling $100

Same general process with more impressive name = more $$. Says the Business Development Consultant (Commissioned Sales-Weasel).
