Desiderio Plus vs VaporLux F5???

The only 'obvious' difference in the descriptions is that the Desiderio Plus uses the term "injection" and there's a mention of a "chemical injector 1.5 litres" and a 2-stage variable extraction level vacuum. Both vacuum and are continuous fill. There's a considerable difference in price.

Any info on service, warranty, etc. experiences would be appreciated. The return policies and warranty coverage from either company sound like they could quickly turn into "you bought it, you got it" scenarios. These are 'need to read' conditions and policies on both sites. Here are some goodies that got my attention on the Vapor Clean site:

* "This Warranty is Void if: Product has been operated with substances other than city water, non softened water*, bottled or distilled water. Any substance introduced into the boiler other than acceptable stated waters will void warranty.

* The extended warranty only applies to retail purchases.

* Ebay purchases or any item not purchased at full retail price unless otherwise noted, receive the 1 year parts and labor mfg. warranty only as described above. Shipping will be paid for damaged products within standard delivery period."
Then there are restocking fees, contact/notice deadlines as short as 3 days, etc. etc. etc. :soscared:

Doesn't anyone treat you like they actually want your business any more?

The Vapor Clean site also links to an article by Kevin Farrell (Kleen Car Auto Appearance). He sells the Desiderio at his site but don't know if he also sells the Desiderio Plus or Desiderio Auto...
