The area he's has that new house is full with homes and most dated back to the 30-60s. It's call Davis Island and just off downtown Tampa. Just imaged what the flood insurance is going to be for that home........

That area in particular is more about location than actual land. Davis Island is full of the old homes but it is one of those areas just loaded with money and celebrities. I believe there is a rapper in there, couple baseball players, football players etc etc.
If your looking for land drive 30 minutes out from tampa (north/south/east) and you will find plenty of land. :biggrin:. Actually Florida is one of the leading cattle/agriculture states out there. As soon as you get away from the water you hit nothing but farms and land masses, lol.
