Dent Removal, Wetsand and Buff Scratches

A courteous citizen smacked my door and forgot to leave a note a while back. I got an estimate from a local auto body shop and after the dent is removed they plan on wetsanding and buffing the area of the dent to remove some of the scratches. I am unsure of what grit they're using for the wet sanding but I am just a little nervous for anyone to do this kind of work on my new truck (2005). Is it a good idea to take pictures before hand in case something happens and I need to take them to court? :bat

More than likely they are going to use 1500-2000grit sand paper. Just make sure they buff it out properly? What color is the trunk? IF not, you can tell the body shop to just clear it and not wetsand it that way you can do it your self.

Definitely take pictures from several angles, and in lighted conditions prior to service. Its always good to have evidence in case something goes wrong.
