Deer vs. 140mph BMW (warning: graphic pics)

I tend to agree that some part of story is not correct or accurate. It has been posted on many sites.
 
Ouch, that looks nasty, I bet it stunk worse.



I had a buddy that is a trooper that drove a Chevy Camaro for his police car. He said he was running about 170 one night and hit a deer, he said the deer exploded on impact and the only damage done was a cracked windshield and a bloody car. No other damage other than that, he said he never slowed down.

I would have assumed the deer would go through the windshield at that speed.
 
I see crazy stuff ever day, plus I've seen dozens of deer impacts, and this one looks pretty ligit to me. At 140 mph, something soft like a small deer will get sucked into a car like this no problem. All the blood splatter and debris is consistant with the force of impact. It's har to create this extent of carnage. The driver is lucky to be alive. Has anyone seen the picture of the bird flying *through* the windhield of a Porsche?

Um, no offense, but I think you are new to internet message boards. These types of posts are usually either linked and not hotlinked as you have done, and at the very least have NSFW or gore warnings on them.



While I have already seen the pictures several months ago on another message board, not everyone here would have wanted to see that with no warning.
