Deep, wet look on dark blue metallic?

the difference from carnauba to sealant and from sealant to sealant is apparent if you put them side by side and compare-sharpness of reflection, depth of reflection and overall tone can vary-some sealants are plasticky and others are warmer toned

BlackSunshine, I was so tickled with the idea that LSPs are all the same product that I forgot to add two pennies. My brother's girlfriend has a mid-90's Civic in dark metallic blue, and she likes the AIO-->WaxpolishSoft combination better than any others I have used (WG Twins, AIO-->S100, AIO-->Z2, GEPC-->#16, and AIO-->#16). I probably don't even need to use the AIO before WPS (WPS has cleaning properties), but it's a hard habit to break.

I have to vouch for the WPS.

Dan gave me some and I used it on my Mom's metallic red Chrysler. It looks awesome on the metallic.

Unfortunately, they're only availiable in the commercial 1L jugs. Dan, any news on the consumer sized bottles? I had heard rumors...

hey tripper

i havent had the chance to use #16 yet.

But ive used s100 as a topper for my z2 coats on my black car.

I assume u ve used both?

What are the differences? Shine, depth and durability wise?

Contemplating whether i should grab myself a jar of #16 b4 its gone 4eva.

#16 is similar to s100 in the looks/appearance department but durability goes to #16. I'm not saying s100 is not durable. but #16's old technology stems back to the time when the hard paste wax was the norm. it's consistency is nearly solid. I suggest you get a can #16 not only for personal use, but just to add to your collection.

Both of them looks very different from #26 and NXT. They provide depth as oppose to #16 and S100's reflections.

I prefer reflections on light colors, and depth on dark colors. I don't personally like to put reflection-LSP's on black as it tends to diminish the color and reflects whatever color around it. Thus, I prefer depth-LSP's for black as it seems to augment the dark color.
