decisions between products

i have light swirl marks pretty much all over and a few deeper scratches on my 6yr old impreza. dark blue metallic clear coat. i was wondering which of these three products i have access too would be the best to remove them by hand.



autoglym super resin polish

mothers california gold pre wax cleaner

Meguiars paint cleaner

or autogylm paint renovator.



help is much appreciated thank you.
 
is the autogylm paint renovator fine to use all over my paint work and how would it compared to say using meg's scratchX all over?
 
while i'm at it - what is the best way to apply and use autoglym paint renovator? on the web site is says the use straight strokes with no pressure? is this the best way to do it? thanks
 
Yes, it is strong stuff but you could apply more pressure for the worst bits.



I would start with the Resin, this has some mild abrasives which should remove a lot of damage. This way your not using a strong product where it is not required
