In theory, how hard (and costly) would it be for a Canadian member to order a system and then ship it stateside?



If anyone would be willing in doing that I would be willing to pay via paypal...

Way across the country in Sunny San Diego! Heh, definitely would require re-shipping it...and I have no experience with customs or anything like that. Would that come into play?
 
What a DEAL! I just bought one myself, had it bookmarked on another site for $369 CAD. Sweet, I was really not sure about buying one before for that price, I was going to get a leaf blower instead - but this deal makes it only 20 dollars more than the leaf blower! :bounce

I doubt customs would come into play but it'd be expensive to ship; the box it comes in is big and weighs over 50lbs.

Yeah, if anyone wants to order one from canada and ship it to a US adress, i'd be willing to pay.

So I called both costco.ca and costco.com and both could not tell me why us people in USA could not have the $99 price. He said he would send an email to somebody to see if the price could be updated for costco.com
 
I wonder if you can print out the web page and take it into your local costco and see what they say (in the states) about it. Maybe they will sell it to you for $99.

I have not found it in a store locally around here (IL).

The products, prices, and deals on the Costco website are NOT the same in store. They will not honor it...sadly.
