Dash spots from fabric guard???

I applied 303 high-tech fabric guard to the upholstery, headliner, and carptes of our new Subaru. Seems to be working great. But I got some overspray on the dash and tops of doors (black plastic). This caused very faint spots that I can't seem to remove. Thought after a few applications of 303 protectant, they would be gone - but I was wrong. Also tried cleaning with my Zaino cleaner - this didn't work either. Any suggestions?

Personally, I would be hesitant to use PB's TR on interior vinyl/plastics. It seems to darken the surface a good deal which I personally would not want to do on the interior. I would maybe try a vinyl cleaner first like Megs #39 or 303 vinyl cleaner. I'm not really sure what you meant by "Zaino cleaner" if that was a vinyl cleaner or what. If a good vinyl cleaner doesn't do it you really have no choice but to even it out with TR.
