Dash protection

I personally like Poorboys Natural Look (or leather stuff if you want less of a sheen)...I use Megs QID from a gallon for customer`s cars....if you like a nice matte look- I`d recommend sonax matte interior detailer

Wolfgang Cockpit Trim Sealant is my favorite, leaves a nice clean very slick dry finish that slightly darkens (not a wet look but a health nourished look). I spray it on an applicator apply let it sit for 5-10 minutes then buff with a clean dry microfiber to take off any excess. only need to apply every 3-6 months depending on amount of use the car gets (also can reapply to seat bottom every month where your butt slide in and out wears off quicker there). in between just a quick interior detailer (or I have been using and exterior waterless wash as interior detailer). I have also been noticing my windshield gets almost no film on it from gassing from either the plastic or the old interior dressing I used to use.

Off topic or on, but water works for me. Just for peace of mind, I`ll use some cockpit occasionally.

No need to get your head all wrapped up in marketing ~uv~ protection.
Modern windshields have UV protection in them.
Consider it this way. The less you put, the less chances of outgas film. The less you need to wipe the film off the glass...

Agree. I harldy ever use anything other than Interior QD products.

Griots interior detailer, this product had me give up all others!
Glad to hear that, I gave some to my Grand Niece-In Law for Christmas.

Meguiar`s quik interior detailer is good for wipedowns. Leaves a little protection behind but doesn`t change the appearance of the dash. ONR or Opti-Clean works very well to keep the dash clean while not changing the appearance.

I`m trying out GTechniq C6 Matte Dash and that leaves a matte finish that lasts awhile. The surface should be cleaned if using this one. Initial impressions are good so far. Plus it contains an anti microbial add on in it.

I`m still a 303 man for interior UV protection. For a maintenance wipe I like McKees Quick Interior Detailer, cleans and leaves nothing behind and great for video screens.

Finish Kare 108AS. It`s anti-static, looks great, and lasts because it repels dust. You can use it on tires, but I think the interior is where it really excells. And, the great value is a bonus.

I like 1Z Einszett Cockpit Premium and Sonax Dashboard Cleaner. For more protection I recommend Ultima Interior Guard Plus.

Sonax Dashboard is VERY nice, just don`t let it freeze. I left mine in the car for convenience, froze an then when used again it was a little streaky.
