Cyclo Polisher Review

Bill,

I looked at your product collection and that is nothing to sneeze at. Thanks for the compliment and the information you share with all of us!!

Mark!

thanks for the great review, and thanks guys for all the replies(wow it rhymes). ill have to seriously start considering buying a cyclo AFTER this christmas.

Great post MGM - I still don't have the PC yet, I guess that's because I've been using the Cyclo & Rotary (Mainly the Cyclo).

Just an observation, maybe someone can add something. If you had to buy either the Porter Cable or the cyclo, wouldnt it be better to buy the Porter Cable due to the size of the heads? You can get it in smaller spaces.

I honestly have not had to pick up a rotary in about 3 months. I use the cyclo for all my needs. Best damn tool I got!

Personally, I think you'd be better off having both, just for the case you mentioned. But if I had to choose one or the other, I'd definitely get a Cyclo. It's just a lot more machine in my opinion. You can get the Cyclo in a lot of tight places if you use some patience and hang your tongue out just right. :)

I think I may just have to disconnect my internet so I can't come the DC for a while. I'm going to be broke in no time. :wall My interest is now peaked on the cyclo. I am happy with the pc, but the vibration and noise at 5-6 gets a little annoying.

Thats all I have to tell the Wife Hunny I need a Cyclo the PC I just got doesn't work as good as a Cyclo does...........................................................

Wife Said NO WAY!:boot

Do you guys live near anyone that has a Cyclo? I would recommend spending a few hours with one -if possible. People either love them or hate them.

Personally, I think the cyclo = a safe rotary. It's a very powerful and forgiving machine.

Another plus is that you don't have to worry about holograming effects.

Regardless, it's expensive... so I'd recommend borrowing one (if possible) before forking out the $$$.

Look what will be here Friday!!! I'm so psyched.

Congratulations! That looks like a really nice kit. Let us know how you like the cyclo after you give it a few test laps around your paint.

Very nice review, I also own all three, Rotary, PC and the Cyclo, as you stated the Cyclo is a steady working machine and all of theses machines have there limits, I was never comfortable using the Cyclo in tight areas as i would a PS but none the less the cyclo for me has some great advantages over the PC, The Cyclo is a nicely balanced unit for it's weight.

Welcome to the Cyclo Club.

I have had my cyclo for about 3 months now and I love it. This thing will remove defects that most people think that a repaint is the only way to fix the problem. Yeah it is a bit expensive, but once you use it and see the results that can be achieved with it, you will forget about the price and be glad you have it. I used mine to remove dealer installed swirls and scratches  in my step dad's tundra a few weeks ago and it did an amazing job. I bought mine from top of the line. They are located about 20 minutes from where I live, so I buy most of my stuff from them.

Again, welcome to the cyclo club. You will wonder how you ever lived without it.
