Customer Service Dosen't Get Any Better

Than this.

Today I lost my DSL net connection...I did all the obvious things that seemed to work in the passed, with no luck.

So with some reservation I called customer service..after pressing a maze of numbers I finally got threw to someone and they where able to test the line and I was back up.


The best part of this was the pre-recorded message instructing me on how I could fix my connection issues by accessing their web site:huh::huh:


HELLO!!!! I don't have a connection!!!!:wall:wall

:roflI had that happen to me I called and the message said if I was having problems go to their web site.:crazy:
How the hell do you go to the web site when you can't get on-line.:wall

Thanks...its funny now but at 7 AM this morning trust me it wasn't!
