Customer perceptions...

I thought maybe you do this to show them they still have seat, a spare, an engine and a gas cap after you are done with their car:lol2::rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Steve

I'm sure you are the only one that found this funny:cool:

talking about stains, especially old ones, if someone had gotten a little fussy, I would ask them how long it's been there, and if they had spilled something similar in their home or on their favorite shirt how long they would have waited to do something about it....
after that speech to certain customers, I never get anything , but a nod in agreement ;)

Theres the key...most of those stains have sat there for ages and have become the fabric itself...

I love the ones I get in the summer months, when its extra hot and muggy out and their kid threw up in the car, and they ask if I can get the smell out, when I get in the car its unbareable...when did this just happen they say, no it was a few days ago....:wow: to which my response, is wait you drove like that for three days?

For me a customer is either Male or Female. A male customer takes great pride in the outside and my female customers love the inside.

Almost like women are inys and males are outys...:lol2:
