Customer info sheet

Does anyone use one or anything of the sort? I want to get my customers contact information so i can start building a customer base. I went an entire summer w/o doing this. Any sort of outline or template I can use would be great. i want to get some ideas for something thats appealing.

its pretty simple, but want to see what you guys have.

thanks

This Word document allows you to capture the email address and phone number of every customer you service:

Index of /workorder

You should be emailing your customers monthly to remind them of your services. It's free, and it works amazingly.

I use an application on my ipod Touch to manage all of these. It even charges the credit card as well as sends receipts to the customer. Its called Ring It Up if you want to check it out ;)

Figured it out!

TS Detail Estimate/Invoice

If you don't have an updated version of MS Excel there will be some adjustments that need to be done. I'd assume that everyone that is looking for it will be modifying themselves anyway to put their own business name/address on the form. This should make it easier.

wow that's trick. If I was mobile I'd definitely do something like this.

I saw the commercial for the Iphone application that does this as well. I'm a current AT&T customer. I think I'm going to have to look into this upgrade here soon. Never was a huge fan of the iphone but one device to take place of many is a good idea in my book.

Do you have to pay a subscription fee for iphone apps like that?

I've been looking to get one for the business because there's a lot of great interconnectibility going on.

You only have to pay extra for the credit card charge option I think. I usually have my clients pay in cash or check so I avoid that part. Works pretty well IMO for a mobile or small business firm :)
