Did my spring clean-up on my truck this weekend, just put on my LSP (Natty's) today and decided to snap a few pictures. The truck was painted this past summer, and I was having some trouble getting rid of all the swirls/hazing. With the help of some members here, I revised my PC-attack-method on it and finally have it about as swirl-free as it's going to get. Process went something like this:

SSR2.5 on P2 yellow

SSR1 on P2 green

Ex-P (x2) on P2 blue, cure for 24 hours...

Natty's Original on LC black

I just recently picked up a lot of ClearKote products, so this will be my last time running the Ex-P/Natty's process. I've been very happy with the Poorboy's line, though. I hope RMG/CMW will exceed the level of wetness that the Ex-P/Natty's has. If not, I'll probably just top it off with Natty's!

Was late afternoon - so no direct sunlight pics. In the right light, the black paint (Subaru Black-Cherry) just lights up with red pearl/flake and looks amazing. I'll try to find some time and snap some pics in the light tomorrow.

Is there some significance to that paint scheme? There have been 3 (new Charger R/T, a bubble Caprice, and riced out Civic; I think I've also seen a Lancer and a riced Eclipse with it out in town, too) cars where I work show up recently with that very same layout.
