Hi there - anyone got any experience or views on the Crystal Glo Product??

It is marketed at Motorcyclists, but I think it would be transferable to cars too. Anyway, it claims to be an Acrylic resin polish - I was wondering if it might be a little similar to Klasse (which us UK folks struggle to get hold of). I saw it at my local motorcycle dealership for £5.99 for about 250ml bottle.



Any views? (good or bad)

Yes, I have used it (Years ago, though). It was made in Canada, at that time. (Think it may still be...) It does look nice, but it's more of a light chemical cleaner/protectant than a restorative product. I wouldn't say it lasts near as long as Klasse SG is reported to (haven't used it), but you should get over a month of beading with it. Pretty easy application/removal. No streaking that I remember of.

At the time when I bought it, they had 2 sizes of bottles, small for bikes, large for cars. I didn't see any difference in smell or look between them, so I got the bike size to try. Fairly shiny, as opposed to "deep" reflections, IIRC.
 
BigLeegr - yes I think that is the stuff - I think it is made in Canada - that is mentioned somewhere on the website.



They do two sizes of bottles - i noticed in the motorbike dealers - a 250ml for £5.99 and what looked like a 500ml for £9.99.



I think I will get some to try - will report back on what it is like.
