I haven't detailed the car since August 2005. I was really impressed to see that there was a very small amount of contamination on the entire paint surface...a testament to AIO longevity! The car was detailed a week ago, and today I put a second coat of P21S while it rain outside! Enjoy

The process:

-Wash w/Sonus Gloss Shampoo

-Sonus grey clay bar with Sonus Glyde lube

-Optimum Compound w/Sonus DAS Orange Pad on PC at a speed of 5 (clearcoat is very hard)

-Optimum Polish w/Sonus DAS Green Pad on PC at a speed of 4.5-5

-AIO

-P21S (x2)

-Autoglym Tyre Dressing applied about a week and a half ago

-AIO toped with Prima Clarity on glass

-wheels treated to AIO about two weeks ago

-exhaust and chrome Chrysler Emblems polished with Brasso liquid

Not at all xfire, you did a great job. I love the look of Crossfires and your AIO and P21S combo was perfect on the silver. I bet you get some looks driving in it. :kewlpics

Thanks Ben!! The car certainly gets noticed...heck, two days ago, I was just browsing around a Honda dealership looking at an S2000, when I see my friend who I haven't seen in a long time. While talking to him, not one but two salespeople start looking at my car and start asking why you would be there with such a nice car. That Lambo probably gets good looks too I bet :bigups

That's good to hear, Crossfires always seem to turn heads when they drive by. I bet the Lambo would turn heads if I had one. As it is my car gets some looks as it's usually clean and polished. It also seems to be a magnet for people to park next too. I park away from everyone and I come out to find it always surrounded. Go away people! Agh

i love the look of the crossfires. That one looks nice.... seems like alot of flake for a grey/silver car.
