Just One More Coat
I am always looking for the perfect spray nozzle one that can fill your bucket fast without foaming the heck out of the soap. Also one that sprays a wide and easy area. ONe the can swtich to high pressure much like a pressure washer and is easy to use.
The Craftmans twist sprayer is all that, and is the best one that I have ever used.
I tried to find but can't its black made from hard rubber that makes it easy to hold on to with wet soapy hands
Cost was about 30 bucks but well worth it
 
I think that design is similar to the fire hose type nozzle that I purchased at Target last year. It was sold under the Baja Sol brand. I can't remember the exact price, but I got it on sale for a lot less than $30. I attached it to an on/off valve for faster shut offs.
 
I bought this one at costco for about $10.

The only thing that I don't like about them is the amount of turns that it takes to get to useful rinsing pattern and it takes two hands to turn on.

I prefer a pistol grip that has a "soaker" setting for rinal rinse. These types of nozzles are becoming harder and harder to find.

That's why I use it coupled to an on/off valve. Otherwise, it's a nuisance to turn on and off.

BTW - I think it was CharlesW who gave me the following tip for a final rinse. Get a few of those quick connectors. Attach one to the end of the hose and one to the beginning of the nozzle. Put another set on each end of the on/off valve. Then, cut off a 2 foot section from an old hose, and attach another quick connector to the back end. Assemble hose to valve to nozzle. When you're ready to do the final rinse, turn off the valve then swap the fire hose nozzle for the cut off piece of hose. Turn the shut off valve back on and you get a nice soft free flow of water.
 
Sorry I was going off the top of my head on price it was 20 comething at Orchard Supply.

330 THe on and off value sounds like a great idea I'm going to get one!

That's actually 3 separate items attached together. It's a set of quick connectors (one male thread and one female thread) along with the valve itself. The brass colored sections are the quick connects, while the silver colored section is the valve.
 
I'm pretty sure I purchased those components at Home Depot.

I think I'm gonna have to try out that fire nozzle. That shut off would work nice for that type of nozzle also. If anyone else out there wants quick disconnects Lowes has a nice set for both ends of the hose in one package. The end you would hook up to the hose for your spray nozzle has an auto matic shutoff in it. you just just snap in the nozzle and you have water and when you want to change you just release the nozzle and a little stopper inside the quick release shuts off the water. I like it soo far.

Yup, I just saw it at Target yesterday on sale for $7.99. Looks exactly the same as the Craftsman version to me.
 
I've had a two different versions of the Bon-Aire Ultimate Hose Nozzle for two years now. The 1st one I purchased is a pain because the head needs to be turned quite a bit to get a useable stream. The 2nd one has a two-way shut off and is much easier to use. I'm still amazed at how quickly I can rinse even the largest cars with this nozzle. I purhased the last one from

I feel the same way, too! Bought mine at target for a few bucks, so I'm not too worried about going back to the ole pistol......

I picked up that exact same nozzle at Target back during the spring . It cost a whole $9.99. Good deal I thought and I like the idea of the on/off valve . I see a trip to HD tomorrow will be on my things to do list. :bigups Thanks AWD
