Cracking Paint.

Ive got a very tiny area on my hood where i bird bomb was left to sit for awhile, its a cpouple years old but today i looked at it nice and close and realized its sort of cracking up. Is there any way to buff it out.
 
Hmmm, no other solution, the rest of the hood is great and the problem area is about the size of a dime. Any way to contain it?
 
I too enjoy peppering my conversation with "willy nilly" occasionally, all in moderation. No it wasnt left for years, but it only takes a day or two for the damage to be done, i only really got into detailing about 2 years ago.
