I recently used Costco's APC (kirkland brand) full strength to clean tires on two different vehicles and different tire brands and had a BAD "browning" residue. The worst was on the Firestone brand, the other set was Goodyears which weren't to bad. Now I do know that the firestones have not been dressed recently or ever as I know the owner of the vehicle which is a Yukon. It was a first for me as far as detailing this particular vehicle, and I have never seen an APC/ tire cleaner cause severe browning as bad as Costcos APC. Anyone else ever had this problem with Costcos APC? I couldn't totally get it clean.
