Cost for an exterior detail?

I just had the front clip of my 94 Mustang GT Convertible painted and when it's finished curing (about another 4 to 5 weeks) I want to get the exterior professionally detailed. What should I expect to pay for a quality job? Anybody have any recommendations of a shop in the Portland, Oregon area?

You lowered a Navigator???

Anyway, the cost of an exterior detail depends on where you go and what you have done. A lot of jobs are charged by the hour. I would imagine that if you took it to a shop that you would pay anywhere from $80 to $120 for an exterior detail with polish and wax. If you have serious swirls to remove then it will be more. It just depends on the damage.

Yep. Lowered the Navi about 2". It's far from being a lowrider, but it definitely looks better than factory. I've had 17" wheels on it form the beginning, but when I'm in need of new tires, I'll probably switch over to 20's. Thanks for the info on a detail. The paint on my Mustang is in pretty good shape. It does have some swirls in the parts that weren't repainted, but should be easy to take out. Here's a pic of the Navigator.

A lowered SUV.

Now, ya see, this why we have different strokes for different folks...

Oh, by the way, prolly $100 for the 'stang, with an acrylic polymer sealant... $130 for the Klasse twins and a Souveran topper, which is what it deserves!

There a guy in Portland his name is Bud I think and his buisness is DetailPlus or PlusDetail I am not sure.
