corvette

hey,

my neighbor recantly bought a 70something corvette of ebay, it was really cheep because the paint is totaly screwed over (dull, oxodised, whight spots). my question is are the white spots places where there is no paint or just really really hevy oxodation. and ether way is it possible to fix, because if i can fix it then it would be big money and would bring in a lot of buisniss in my neiborhood.

help would be appricated.

Could be serious oxidation. Could be clearcoat damage (if the paint is clearcoated). Could be paint failure of some kind. Who knows? Good thing about this car is that it can only be improved. Next step is a full repaint.
