So I attempted to polish up my newly purchase 07 Corvette Z06 in black over the weekend. I tried three passes of Megs 85 along with a 5.5" Lake Country Yellow via PC7424 and I only received about 50-60% paint correction. I am assuming that these:
Foamed Wool 6.5 x 1 Thick Polishing / Buffing Pad
Are a more aggresive pad to use with the Megs 85? After two passes with the PC I would expect some decent correction. I cant conceive more than three passes (Id be here forever.)
Is the PC even strong enough for the GM clear?
