Corvette air filter

Hello,
Hope someone can help me on this one. Have a 93 Corvette Coupe and want to change the air filter. Does anyone have a simple plan for this? This is a real pain in the neck, I must be doing somethng wrong and would like any help.

Sorry to tell you but it is just a pain on most of the newer models. (got to love the good ole days.) I have changed a few for friends and customers, expanding over several model years, and I have always started saying, "..sure no problem." and ended with "...never again."
