Corolla from the bowels of hell!

Well folks, we have here a perfect example of how not to treat your car.

The customer is a young, single mom, 2 kids ages 6 and 11. Mom works two jobs (bless her heart) and never really considered car upkeep a priority. Until she met me. She was referred from an existing client I've service for about 2 years now.

Her poor Corolla will never see the gates of hell again, as she's signed up for our "New Car Feeling" maintainence plan.

The skinny: 2000 model, 65k miles. As with all of my clients, I like to find out a bit about the car and customer first. You know, original owner or not, who normally details the car, etc....

She bought the car brand new, has taken it to the tunnel wash "a couple of times", and that's it! Wow.

Here we go:

Some (obvious) damage on the driver's side. Informed her that I can buff most of the paint transfer off to make it look less noticeable, but the dents and scratches will still be there.
