Convertible Top Cleaning

I dont have much experience with convertible top cleaning and was looking at the raggtop kit and also the Duragloss 301 Vinyl & Convertible Top Dressing. The raggtop seems to work on all tops but the duragloss states not to use on fabrics.

My question is, how do you tell the tops apart from one another? Porsches have fabric tops I believe right?

The fabric is a cloth and feels like a cloth seat. The other looks like leather or vinyl. Go with the Ragg Topp system. Easy to work with, easy on the cars paint as well. Well worth the money in my opinion. Good luck,Joe

Yea, and properautocare.com also has a chart on their website saying what each cars convertible top is made of (cloth/vinyl). Its pretty handy if you ever get a detail and the client has a convertible.

I actually prefer the chemicals guys stain extractor liquid for convertibles. Spray it on and marks and stains just disappear.
