:beer_smil Yup that's right. I just won best paint. Detailed my brother's Scion XB The thing was like orange peel city... By the time I was done it look sweet....................... Two days of work and my trusty PB SSRs, the Klasse twins and some S&G to make it look even slicker............ Sent that baby out the garage looking sweet... Someone was even debating whether or not it was stock pain............ looked a little darker than the other hot lava orange at the the show. Now on the 24th in Lowell, Ma it took Best in show over escalades and such............

awesome ride and looking bright. reminds me of one of the cars from pimp my ride on MTV. good job!!

how long did it took you to clean the whole thing?

That is one sweet scion. I remember seeing that one on ebay awile back, when i was looking for some aftermarket parts for my dads. Did your brother buy it or try to sell it on ebay?

Thanks for the comments..

The car was never on EBay.... He bought it stock and has been modding it to the tune of 15g plus.

The wheels are Dub Bellagio spinners.. look better in person...

The car took two days to clean............

15k dollars on a 15k car? no way! u coulda bought 2 scions.
It's a dedicated show car, that's actually a bit conservative for even a mildly competitive show. Professional show cars are cavaliers with $2-4 million in modifications, a lot of that cost is donated by sponsors but the builders will still put many thousands of dollars into crazy amounts of body fabrication (custom body kits, molded lights from other cars, custom everything in carbon fiber). If you want to see some crazy show car stuff look for pictures from HIN, unreal mods to some of those.

I wasn't able to get rid of all the OP but with some wet sanding and polishing, two days later it was slick and sweet. I am finding more and more finishes are just op to death.

The is simply a show car... Parked most of the time. The head unit is a Alpine.... The system is all diamond audio... Just spoke to Alpine rep on
