Congrats to Stoner for national award

For those who didn't notice, Stoner just won the prestigious 2003 Baldridge National Quality Award. Very impressive for a small, automotive detailing business.



I'm a fan of their products, especially Invisible Glass. I'd just wish they didn't use such strong, volatile solvents in their other products. Very bad for asthmatics or people with reactive airways.

Great award ... You will notice that it is a company performance award .. more geared to impressing clientel or investors not an award for product quality or product performance.



Good marketing can increase market share and plant mechanical upgrades can increase productivity.
