confused W/ Menzerna Polishes

Here is a website that list the cut and gloss ratings for all the Menzerna products you have discussed. I found the site but have never ordered from them. It is just for information.

Menzerna Polish Cut and Gloss Info

I got my Menzerna products from Phil @ detailersdomain.com. Phil is a great guy. If you email him with questions he will get back to you.

Hey KlerAudio I saw your post on using FTG and JW CJ, did the ftg and sealant work ok together? I plan on using AJT and the FTG and was wondering if they were compatable.

how does optimum oc compare to menz IP?

I've been wondering that, too.

I've been using the Menzerna polishes exclusively, and for the most part I'm pretty happy with them. The working time on them isn't very long, however. Also, the Blackfire Scratch Resistant Compound (which is repackaged Menzerna with "additional lubricants"), gums up pads very quickly and dusts like crazy (even when using very small amounts).

X2 here with the Menzerna. Good product, but I think I am gonna pick up some Optimum and give that a shot.

Hey RallyMSP, I did not use the FTG on my car, it was used on JoshTPA's car along w/ the CJ. On my truck i used FMJ and AJ but on different panels.

As far as FTG and AJT working together, I believe they will be fine. Josh will probably read this and chime in on the FTG and CJ working together.

You can always PM him...

I have OC and IP and the new SIP. The new SIP is simply amazing!

OC will leave some hazing and takes way too long to break down. IP is great stuff but just dusts crazy and I have mixed it with 106ff and it seems to works much better. But it will still dust and have some serious static electricity sometimes which is not good at all while correcting paint. I had to keep spraying water on it.

Th new Super Intensive polish cuts much faster, cleaner and clearer with a lsp ready surface. If you want use 106ff or 85rd on a finish pad via rotory and you finish will be like pure deep glossy paint ready for lsp.:bow
