Hey pros,

I just wanted to know if it would be a good idea to get my brand new superblack 350z polished and waxed. There are no noticable flaws to the paint, however there are a few towel scratches on the hood that are invisible until you get in the right light and bend down. Is this a smart move???

wouldn't hurt. how old is the car? if you're gonna use a polish(guessing the car is not that old) it should be something with very little or no abrasive in it. then follow up with a good wax to ensure that wetlook shine. nice car btw.

thanks gentlemen...the car is less than two months old. I am a little leary of putting that first coat of wax on. I see so many black cars with those scary swirl marks. Suggestions on best way to avoid those evil things.

To avoid them is impossible

To remove them is very possible
