confused about betailing products

well i'm new to detailing and i've read most of the tutorials and stuff but i'm still confused about certain products because defrent brands use slightly difrent names of glosed polishes and so on. so i'm confused at converting them from brand to brand. :nixweiss



what i'm looking to do is exterior detail.



to start the most available product where i am is meguire's. so if possible stick to that brand.



this is what i have: polisher, car wash, clay bar, meg's #9 swirl remover 2.0, #3 machine glase.



after #3, do i need another glase, then a cleaner like #6? then should i use #20 or #21to seal. what would be the final stage, just a wax #26, just nxt 2.0 or wax then nxt 2.0?



and so i get it right #34 final inspection is like a touch-up. (for bird bombs and so on)

After the machine glaze, go right to your wax/sealant of choice. I wouldn't use any 'cleaner wax' as that will remove your glaze. Go with a sealant or pure wax. #26 or #16 by M.

right on thanks for clearing thing up for me. i'll post up some pics as soon as i'm done but i need to get more products. i was gonna buy a ton of stuff but decided to wait and ask here first.
