Conflict in price with customers

Since the outside has small rust marks, bunch of tiny dots everywhere i simply clayed it very throughly. also the roof was horrible with some type of red over spray, it showed up very well on the clay so my bar was shot after that. I hit the outside twice with the rotary using optimum polish and sealed it with some 4 star sealant. Truck came out like new as i said, and even the customer said it, but he didn't like the price.

Sometimes if the client doesn't like the price and they want a cheap deal you need to let them go elsewhere. :tumblewee

I charge a lot and I know I loose a lot of business due to my pricing. But I feel my work is worth it so I don't mind. My clients are people who typically want something special for there cars and understand that quality costs extra.:bigups

I appreciate all the replies to my thread, and i cant agree more with all of you. The customers i want to deal with anyways, are the ones who understand the difference between a quality detail and one that is just a hack job. These people who understand the difference, they always tell me the price doesn't matter. I get upset very easily as it is an insult that someone could say that is expensive for the amount of work that was involved. Thinking about it after reading the replies, the job was worth alot more than that.
