Concrete Splatter Help!!

Need some major help. I have some concrete splatter on my 1/4 panel of my new truck. Its just little specs of concrete, but it is definitely dried up on there.

Any suggestions on how I could remove this? I have actually been able to slowly chip away with a fingernail, but would really like an alternative method. I dabbed some goof off on some spots and it didnt do anything.

Would a heavy compound and buffer do the trick? or would that scratch the paint?

Is muriatic acid okay on car paint?

Acid is definitely the way to go but muriatic is not needed. Try vinegar first. Give it some time to dwell and don't scrub. If that isn't getting it you can step up to an acid base wheel cleaner like Four Star ACC Aluminum & Chrome Cleaner. Dwell time is the key but don't let it dry on the surface. The acid will dissolve the concrete. After you get the concrete off, give the car a good wash to nuetralize any remaining acid.

yeah, what he said --^ however, you might wanna picking off as much as posible first.

You might also try using clay (after it's picked off).
