My package of 4 Star goodies was damaged in transit. It supposed to be delivered today but wasn't and when I checked UPS's shipment tracking site this is what I see:

"Your package was damaged in transit. We will notify the sender with details. / Damaged merchandise discarded, balance being returned. UPS will notify the sender with the details."​

Bummer!

I can't complain though, UPS rarely screws up my stuff. It happens, life moves on.

Seems like a lot of damaged shipments this month! I also got a damaged bf trim & tire protectant. Vendor stepped up and replaced it right away. They say what is happening is fedx/ups are replacing the origional packaging with a sub par packaging of thier own. BS. That was my first damaged shipment after years of ordering from different vendors.

Yeah I noticed a string of comments about package issues arriving damaged. Strange since everything I've ever received until now is ridiculously well packed and in perfect shape. It's a hiccup. No biggie.
