Aug 4, 2003 #2 B BradE New member I have used AIO as a base for Z. Worked pretty well for me. I had no bonding issues. However, if you have swirls, I would use something other than AIO. I view AIO as the "final" prep to clean the surface and get it ready.

Aug 4, 2003 #4 M MHLY01 New member Tired many things. I polish with GEPC and then use AIO over it. Let it sit then use z5 on top then z2. Works really well and have not had any problems.
