Colors and other towel questions

No I don't get free samples before I make an initial purchase because they are not always offered. This time they were offered so what is so unreasonable about expecting to receive it?



I started a thread yesterday asking if any Canadains had received the towel, so far no Canadian responses. This leads me to believe that it not just a few towels that didn't make it to people.



As for getting over it and moving on I am looking at other sources to get my microfiber. I started a thread today to get peoples views on Autogeek microfiber as you already know because you responded to it. Thanks for that response by the way.

You are really just being unreasonable. I have attempted to ship you your free towel twice now. As I told you before some of the canadian orders were "returned to sender" on the first shipment. When this happened i sent out the orders again. And now it is 3 weeks later and you haven't recieved your towel. Either is was lost by USPS or it is stuck in customs. I didn't think that USPS could mess up twice in a row for the same customer, but it seems that they did, and now it reflects badly on me.



Do you really think that I would tell you that I would send out the towel and not send it? That is rediculous.



I don't understand why you wouldn't finish your dialogue with me before comming on here and claiming that I gave you bad service. If you were willing to finish our conversation, you would find that I am willing to ship out your sample again via UPS, where it will cost me $10.00, rather than $2 for USPS, and it will be guaranteed.



So PM me, if you are still interested, and I will send out the sample via UPS, where we will be able to track the shipment and verify where it is at all times.



Believe me, I am more upset about this than you. I want you to have the sample, and I want you to be happy. But give me the chance before you come on here and claim that I did you wrong.

I am not saying you have done me wrong or that you have bad service, I believe you 100% when you say you sent the towels. The fact remains that for whatever reason I did not receive them, probably Customs or USPS messed up. When I started the thread about any Canadians receiving the towel I was interested in finding out if they were having the same problems. If it sounds like I am trying to make you look bad I apologize it was not my intent.



Yes I am still very interested in receiving the towel if you are still interested in sending it to me.

Ian was very gracious in sending samples to 3 of us in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) area. We were among those who got theirs returned to those on the first try. So yeah, it's for real and yeah, Ian has made every effort to work with us to get us the samples. Excellent towels too, btw.
 
Wow I have never seen anything like this before. It seems that Ian is sincere about not receiving the request's. It is my practice that business people try to satisfy every customer especially "the squeaking wheel" ones. This way they do not create a bad image for their business. Don't judge him by one mis-hap!



By the way IAN where the HECK is my free towel...........KIDDING :D
