Colorbond? Anyone used it?

I found a thread about it while looking through forums of a vehicle we're looking at for the gf. Apparently it's factory match "paint" used on plastic, leather, vinyl, whatever. This could work great as I have these annoying scuffs on my new seat.

Anyone have any opinions or experience with it?
 
I think it works on plastic pretty good. I was thinking of using it on some vinyl recently. I believe the carrier is toluene, which is a solvent and not exactly the safest stuff around. I wouldn't use it on leather unless I just wanted to go cheap. As for color matching, it can be in the ball park, but it won't be an exact match.
