It still looks a little hazed, like maybe there is still a bit of oxidation on there or something. of course that nasty orange peel that plagues us Nissan owners doesn't help either.

Is that the only step you did on the car? Just ColorX?

That pic is focused on the sat antenna, not the trunk, that may be why it looks hazy. Plus, I had driven the car for the afternoon, so there was some dust on it as well.

Anyway, yes, the only step I did was Color-X. QEW then color-x.

Certainly not an Autopian level detail, but I thought it looked good...

If you think that looks good wait until you get a PC and a few more supplies... youll be crapping in your pants:)

But it does look good and I will say ColorX is truly underestimated sometimes. I have used it in the past with great success.

Looks really good for just a one step job. That orange peel is a reflection killer though but unless you want to wetsand, cut and buff, you are pretty much stuck with it. Still has a real nice shine though. :)

All of the pictures are far away. There are no clear reflections. It looks good but could be better.

Is that all your looking for in a detail is reflections?

Despite how much orange peel or how far the shots were taken you did a good job.

I'm the last one who should be makeing judgements and he asked an opion. I did say he did a good job and just added a few comment I don't think you needed to rool your eyes at me for asking for a reflexion shot because if you notice all most all the click and brag have refection shots. I'm a newbbie at this and was trying to help someone else out. If my comments were out of line I'm sorry I guess we have to leave the question ansering to experts like you..

Thats Cool.... Im not a pro either.

It looks kind of hazy in a sense but that may just be the color that I am not used to seeing so not sure how it should look.

Looks clean but with a PC that baby will shiiine.

Sorry for getting off-topic, but you can put that SAT antenna on the back deck inside your car so it doesn't mess up the outside of your car.

Personally I don't like colorX that much. I've heard it compared to AIO and I just don't think it holds up very well. I used it on my gf's 95 Cirrus and it looked better but was missing something, kind of like this maxima. I then tried some DACP and EX-P and it made a much more significant difference. I would highly suggest try using a polish and then a wax and see how you like it, I think you will be very happy.

It was on the back deck until I got my windows tinted.

Then it had to be moved outside...and painted...
