Collinite leather and vinyl treatment

I hate the feeling of sticking to my seats :D

Would this be due to product selection or possible hygiene issues?

In event of the latter let me refer you to the pressure washer thread. While you're there be sure to take advantage of the psychic offer and buy some Powerball tickets. :money: No need to thank me now... a vat of Crystal Rock when the loot starts rolling in will be thanks enough.

Ditch the Lexol, you'll be better off. Just woolite (10:1) water is great for cleaning, never tried Collinite - but I'd wager it's better than Megs/Lexol.
Lexol is only for tanned leather like my horse saddles, not for "finished" leather as used in the auto industry. Automobile leather has a vinyl coating. Woolite is excellent for cleaning that and that is what I use. Wife always has some around. Don't use any product on it that has petroleum distillates or alcohol. The best protectant I have found for auto leather is 303. Creates a nice finish just like from the factory (not sticky or shiny)
