Collinite Insulator wax

I just got it this week, and I've never tried it before so I don't know if it's the new or old formula. I like the looks but I did notice the dust even before it was mentioned here. :dunno

Well that is probably the new stuff because your purchase is very recent. Does it smell really bad? My IW smells very bad but works awesome.

S100 on the other hand is a dust magnet.
Another reason why this hobby is so interesting.
In my experience S100 didn't attract any more dust than any other wax I have used. :dunno

Other than the dust I really like S100. Not many products out there that are easier to use. I really notice the dust when it's hot out. The heat probably makes the wax sticky. Since S100 isn't that durable it doesn't hold up to heat as well as some of my other last step product's. It's not enough of a problem for me to stop using it though.

no the IW i got is at least 6 months old, smells like kerosene or some other chemicals in that regard. but might be due to the heat the wax sees all day.
the explorer that gets IW sits at a mall parking lot in no shade in 90 degree weather from 8-6 every day, the truck that gets IW sits out at a chemical plant all day in 90 degree weather. SO it might be the wax melting and getting sticky like ANthony said, what do yall guys think? should I get away from a caranuba wax for these vehicles, i need something that will last for a month or two against texas conditions.
